What do you do within the Tantra Heart Teacher Empowerment Academy?

• Using Tantra Heart approaches and techniques as well as your own, you facilitate transformational learning with people through discovery sessions. You can serve individuals, couples and/or groups.
• You publish your unique materials, conversations, questions-responses, experiments & discoveries on an Academy website (wiki) as well as publicly  with communities you work with and develop.
• You accelerate your learning in teleconferences, webinars & trainings provided by the Academy and facilitated by Richard and Antoinette.
• On a monthly or bi-weekly basis, you schedule Teacher Empowerment coaching sessions with Richard or Antoinette to accelerate your skills and personal power to be a superb teacher. The sessions are done individually or in combination with other teachers. You make your notes, report summaries or recordings available to the teacher group to expand everyone’s learning opportunities. The cost for coaching is $80 for each 90 minute session, and $190 for two 90 minute sessions plus a 90 minute webinar plus other bonuses.
• When possible within your time and budget, you attend the annual Teacher Empowerment learning intensive weekend (conference) with the purpose to share high level support, research and practices with the teacher community. Richard and Antoinette facilitate the intensive. Location and timing for the annual weekend learning intensive are determined by a volunteer committee of teachers.
• You grow to teach the Babaji Cobra Breaths. If you wish you learn to lead the Tantra Heart courses through your own inner authority, readiness & interest. Your progress is supported, encouraged, monitored, accelerated in your close work with Richard/Antoinette and the other teachers in the Academy.

What about resources and exchanges?
The Tantra Heart organization provides entry points for empowered teachers to participate in programs such as apprentice teaching, coaching, establishing local practice groups and local clients. Plus, you receive additional support from posting your teaching programs and materials on the Tantra Heart website.

The Envisioned Purpose
Your “investment” of money in growing to be a highly empowered Teacher/Coach will come flowing back to you in spiritual and financial remuneration.  All of us are dedicated to your success as a teacher/coach on all levels including financial.

There are 2 Tantra Heart Teacher Empowerment pathways …

Accelerated

• 2 mentor sessions per month + 1 teleconference + bonuses = $190 per month, payable to Tantra Heart.
• Return on investment of your spirit, meaning & money. There is a commitment that each teacher makes at least double the spiritual & financial investments each month in the program. Financially is ($190 x 2 = $380+). This is realized with a team approach among the teacher plus Tantra Heart’s established system (website, marketing, referrals etc) plus partnering with the other teachers in the program.
• Of course the life awakening benefits for students in learning these approaches & techniques are of primary importance, yet in Tantra the financial benefits are also a significant contributor to success.

Customized

• As a part of the Tantra Heart Empowerment program, a teacher creates a “just right for me” pace of scheduling, focus of purpose, plan for progress & monthly cost in their growth as a teacher/coach.
• The customized plan is done in continuous relationship with Richard or Antoinette as the guide and facilitator.
